Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of QA programs to ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across all manufacturing lines.
- Own internal and supplier audits, manage CAPA programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and other relevant certifications; ensure documentation and record‑keeping accuracy.
- Monitor key quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, and lead corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to scale quality controls for new products and process changes.
- Lead training and coaching for QA staff and production teams; promote a culture of food safety and quality consciousness.
- Oversee complaint handling, recall readiness, and traceability systems to protect consumer trust.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA in food manufacturing with hands‑on experience in HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 or equivalent schemes.
- Proven track record in performing audits (internal, supplier, and customer) and managing supplier quality programs.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with quality tools (SPC, Minitab, Excel) and incident/CAPA management systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities; capable of leading cross‑functional teams.
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory requirements and local food safety frameworks; comfort navigating a fast‑paced regulatory landscape.
- Fluent in English; hands‑on, pragmatic problem solver with a proactive mindset.
