Prestige Real Estate Group is seeking a data-driven, results-focused Marketing & Growth Specialist to elevate our luxury property portfolio across New York City and beyond. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on execution to attract qualified buyers and tenants, accelerate property visibility, and maximize lead conversion.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for luxury property listings across digital and offline channels.
- Optimize listing content, photography, video, and virtual tours to maximize engagement and lead quality.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram) with a focus on measurable ROI.
- Collaborate with brokers and sellers to craft compelling property narratives and market positioning.
- Maintain and grow CRM-driven lead nurture workflows, qualifying and handoff to agents.
- Analyze market data and campaign performance to refine strategies and budgets.
- Coordinate high-quality open houses, private showings, and virtual events to drive conversion.
- Build brand presence through content marketing, partnerships, and PR initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of real estate marketing or digital marketing experience.
- Proven success in lead generation and campaign management for property listings.
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or LionDesk.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with listing optimization and visual sense.
- Familiarity with the NYC luxury real estate market is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time management abilities.
