Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential properties and luxury listings in NYC.
- Write compelling property descriptions and create multimedia listings that rank and convert.
- Implement SEO and content strategies to increase organic visibility and qualified leads.
- Manage paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic) with budgets and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with agents to stage open houses and virtual tours, driving attendee-to-offer conversion.
- Analyze performance metrics, report ROI, and optimize campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and grow CRM workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and marketing tactics.
Qualification
- 3+ years in real estate marketing, sales, or related field; real estate license or willingness to obtain is a plus.
- Proven ability to create high-conversion property listings and marketing collateral that entice buyers and sellers.
- Strong proficiency with MLS, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, BoomTown), and marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email, social).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content creation, and data-driven optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-management skills with a client-first mindset.
- Analytical thinker with experience using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced market; self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; willingness to obtain or maintain licensure as required.
