Responsibility

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for residential properties and luxury listings in NYC.
  • Write compelling property descriptions and create multimedia listings that rank and convert.
  • Implement SEO and content strategies to increase organic visibility and qualified leads.
  • Manage paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic) with budgets and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with agents to stage open houses and virtual tours, driving attendee-to-offer conversion.
  • Analyze performance metrics, report ROI, and optimize campaigns on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain and grow CRM workflows, nurture sequences, and lead scoring to maximize conversions.

Qualification
