Join a premier real estate firm in New York City as a Marketing & SEO Specialist. This role blends strategic branding, content marketing, and search optimization to position our property portfolio for maximum visibility and high-quality inquiries.
As a key member of the growth team, you will design and execute data-driven campaigns that attract qualified buyers, renters, and investors across our digital channels.
You will collaborate with brokers, developers, and sales teams to craft compelling property narratives, optimize listing pages, and build scalable marketing programs that drive sustainable growth.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a cohesive real estate marketing strategy across the company website, listings, content, social media, and paid channels.
- Lead SEO efforts for property pages, neighborhood guides, and landing pages; conduct keyword research and implement technical optimizations.
- Manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns (PPC, social ads, email nurturing) to attract high-intent prospects in NYC.
- Collaborate with brokers, developers, and sales teams to create compelling listing content, virtual tours, and marketing collateral.
- Analyze performance with Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and CRM data; deliver monthly insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Own the content calendar, supervise copywriters, and ensure messaging aligns with brand and conversion goals.
- Oversee reputation management and local SEO, including reviews, listings, and neighborhood presence.
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years of real estate marketing, digital marketing, or SEO experience with a track record of lead generation and revenue impact.
- Proven ability to improve organic search visibility for real estate websites and property portals.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MLS data integrations is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills; ability to create high-converting property descriptions and content.
- Familiarity with NYC real estate market, regulations, and local buyer/seller behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications preferred.
- Collaborative, data-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
