Responsibility
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and property page visibility in the Austin area.
- Create high-converting content (blog posts, property descriptions, video scripts) aligned with buyer and seller intent.
- Collaborate with agents to craft listing marketing plans, property brochures, and email campaigns.
- Manage PPC, social media, and local search advertising to generate qualified leads.
- Analyze performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and CRM data; report insights to leadership.
- Implement IDX/MLS integrations and optimize property detail pages for conversions.
- Maintain brand guidelines and produce scalable marketing assets and templates.
- Own and refine the real estate content calendar, ensuring timely property promotions and seasonal campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing, SEO, or lead generation.
- Proven track record of increasing organic traffic and lead quality in real estate or local markets.
- Strong SEO knowledge (on-page, technical, local SEO) and content marketing skills.
- Experience with MLS/IDX, CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Google Analytics, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Excellent writing/editing skills and attention to detail; ability to craft compelling property descriptions.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies; strong project management skills.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
