Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor and interpret vital signs; assess patient conditions and respond to changes
- Administer medications, injections, and therapies as prescribed; document all interventions accurately
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures; observe and report outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the care team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions
- Maintain strict infection control practices and ensure patient safety at all times
- Maintain thorough and compliant medical records; participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualification
- Indonesian nursing license (NIP) and current practicing registration
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1) from an accredited program
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (medical-surgical or relevant setting)
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills
- Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) and nursing documentation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS preferred
- Willingness to work in Bali and adapt to a diverse patient population and shift schedules
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and continuous professional development
