What you’ll do: lead campaign strategy, media planning, and optimization; oversee budget management and billing; ensure cross-channel measurement and attribution; manage vendor relationships; provide client-facing updates; champion data-informed experimentation; and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of multi-channel advertising campaigns, from brief to launch, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets.
- Develop data-driven media plans across digital, social, search, programmatic, TV, and out-of-home channels.
- Oversee budget allocation, forecasting, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROAS and brand impact.
- Coordinate with creative and analytics teams to ensure compelling storytelling and rigorous measurement.
- Manage relationships with media partners, vendors, and platforms, negotiating contracts and deliverables.
- Provide clear, timely client communications including performance dashboards, insights, and action steps.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to training materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising campaign management, media planning/buying, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI in an agency or in-house environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in attribution models, SQL/Excel, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, GA360, Adjust, AppsFlyer).
- Expertise in programmatic buying, social advertising (Meta, YouTube), search (Google, Bing), and creative optimization.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to distill insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing client needs, and lead cross-functional teams.
