PulsePeak Advertising is seeking a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager to lead high impact campaigns for top New York brands. This role blends strategic thinking with hands on execution across digital, social, TV, and out of home to deliver measurable business results.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will own campaign strategy, manage client relationships, and mentor a talented group of analysts and creatives. You will collaborate with Creative, Media, and Data teams to craft compelling narratives and optimize performance in real time.

Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of cross channel advertising campaigns across digital, social, TV, and out of home, delivering measurable ROI.
- Partner with Creative, Media, and Data teams to develop bold, brand consistent campaigns and compelling storytelling.
- Own client relationships, present performance insights, and translate data into actionable optimization recommendations.
- Define campaign KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource plans; monitor and adjust to maximize results.
- Oversee media planning, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative testing to drive efficiency and reach.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
- Ensure governance, brand safety, and compliance across all campaigns while maintaining high quality standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in advertising with hands on work across digital and traditional channels.
- Proven track record leading multi million dollar campaigns and delivering measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, or similar analytics platforms.
- Excellent client facing, presentation, and storytelling abilities; translate data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross functional teams and tight deadlines.
- Experience with media planning tools such as MediaOcean or Google Campaign Manager is a plus.
