What you’ll do: Own end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and measurement across channels; manage budgets; lead vendor relationships; collaborate with creative to test messaging; implement reporting dashboards; mentor junior staff; ensure compliance and brand standards.

Responsibility
- Develop and own multi-channel advertising strategies that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, and video with a data-driven mindset.
- Set budgets, bids, and pacing; monitor spend and ROI; adjust forecasting as needed.
- Lead A/B tests for creative, copy, and landing pages; translate results into actionable optimizations.
- Collaborate with analytics and data science teams to build dashboards and performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with media vendors and technology partners; negotiate terms and ensure SLA adherence.
- Mentor and coach junior team members; share best practices and industry insights.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, privacy regulations, and advertising policies across all campaigns.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media planning, or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing large multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong proficiency with DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills: SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with A/B testing, attribution models, and privacy/compliance standards.
