NovaPulse Advertising is seeking a seasoned Senior Advertising Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns for a diverse, high-growth client roster in New York City. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, balance creative strategy with data-driven optimization, and collaborate with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver measurable results.
In this role, you will strategize media plans, manage budgets, supervise execution across digital and traditional channels, and report performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Responsibility
- Develop and own end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social, search, and OTT.
- Collaborate with creative teams to translate brand strategy into compelling ad experiences.
- Manage media planning and buying budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and optimize creatives and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Prepare client-ready reports with insights and recommended optimizations.
- Lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior associates.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising or media buying, ideally in an agency or in-house.
- Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads) and analytics.
- Proven track record of driving multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines; strong project management.
- Knowledge of brand strategy and creative development process.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, GA4, Tableau) is a plus.
