NovaPulse Media, a leading advertising agency in the heart of New York City, is seeking a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager to drive high-impact, data-driven campaigns for marquee brands.
As a Senior Advertising Campaign Manager, you will own end-to-end campaign strategy, from discovery and brief to execution and optimization. You will partner with creative, analytics, and client teams to deliver measurable growth across digital and traditional channels.
Responsibility
- Lead strategy and execution for multi-channel campaigns across digital, programmatic, social, TV, and print.
- Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to translate briefs into compelling, performance-driven creatives.
- Manage media planning and optimization, including budget allocation, pacing, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B tests, and implement optimization recommendations to improve ROAS.
- Build strong client partnerships, present insights, and communicate progress and impact.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, regulatory standards, and contractual obligations.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to agency new-business pitches.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in advertising or media buying with a proven track record of driving ROI.
- Deep experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk), Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Data Studio, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of attribution models and measurement frameworks.
- Marketing automation and CRM familiarity is a plus.
