  • Collaborate with R&D, QA/QC, and manufacturing to troubleshoot analytical issues and optimize test methods for speed and robustness.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, method validations, and documentation in LIMS/ELN, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Manage instrument maintenance, calibration, qualification, and performance monitoring for HPLC, GC, NMR, and related systems.
  • Interpret complex data, generate technical reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams to influence product development decisions.
  • Mentor junior scientists, deliver technical trainings, and support knowledge transfer across the lab.
  • Support regulatory submissions and internal/external audits with robust data packages and traceable records.

Qualification

  • Master’s or PhD in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • 5+ years of hands-on analytical chemistry experience in a regulated GLP/GMP environment.
  • Proficiency with HPLC/UPLC, GC-MS, GC, and spectroscopic techniques; experience with NMR and LC-MS is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills using software such as Empower, MassLynx, ChemDraw, and instrument-specific platforms.
  • Solid understanding of QA/QC processes, method validation, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
