We are seeking a Senior Analytical Chemist to join our Cambridge, MA team and help drive robust method development, rigorous data analysis, and compliant workflows.

Responsibility
- Lead method development and validation for HPLC, GC MS, UV Vis, and related analytical techniques.
- Design and execute experiments to support project goals, including method transfer and troubleshooting.
- Interpret complex data, prepare technical reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain instrument readiness, perform calibration, maintenance, and SOP adherence.
- Develop and optimize QC workflows, ensuring GMP GLP compliance where applicable.
- Collaborate with R&D, formulation, and manufacturing teams to translate analytical insights into actionable outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior scientists, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field with 3+ years of hands on analytical chemistry experience
- Proven expertise in HPLC and GC MS with method development and validation
- Strong data analysis skills using software such as Empower, MassLynx, or similar
- Solid understanding of GMP GLP and quality systems; experience with documentation and audits
- Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Experience with spectroscopy methods and NMR is a plus
