You will drive brand strategy, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate skincare and cosmetics lines. As part of the Marketing team, you will own P&L influence, go-to-market plans, and storytelling across channels, including e-commerce, retail, social, and influencer partnerships. You will partner with Product Development, Creative, and Sales to ensure flawless execution from concept to consumer.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of brand strategy for skincare and cosmetics lines.
- Drive successful product launches, lifecycle management, and line extensions.
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure brand consistency and impact across channels.
- Define go-to-market plans, pricing, packaging, and messaging that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee marketing budgets, performance analytics, and ROI measurement.
- Lead cross-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR) with data-driven optimization.
- Build and manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and development partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years in beauty or consumer-packaged goods marketing with a proven track record of successful launches.
- Strong understanding of skincare/cosmetics categories, trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, BI dashboards) and market research.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
