We are a fast-growing creative agency seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead the creation of compelling brand identities for Fortune 500 and challenger brands alike. This role blends strategy, architecture, and visual storytelling to craft cohesive brand systems.
As part of our branding team, you will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver scalable identities, guidelines, and campaigns.
In addition to delivering exceptional design, you will mentor junior designers, contribute to our design culture, and help shape the future of our clients' brands.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end brand design projects from discovery to delivery of brand systems and guidelines.
- Develop and evolve brand architecture, identity, typography, color, and imagery that reflect strategy and audience insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels.
- Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines and design system components in Figma and design libraries.
- Present concepts to stakeholders, articulate rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate the quality of deliverables through critique and process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships and production for assets (print, digital, packaging, experiential).
- Stay ahead of branding trends and contribute innovative ideas while preserving brand integrity.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field; 5+ years in branding or digital design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, typography, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in typography, color theory, grid systems, and brand guidelines; expert in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Experience with design systems and scalable brand architectures; ability to translate strategy into visual language.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills; collaborative and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines; detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- Understanding of digital product interfaces and marketing channels; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: experience in packaging, experiential design, or motion graphics.
