Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end brand design initiatives from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to develop and evolve brand identity systems.
- Create and refine visual identities, typography, color palettes, and visual language for campaigns, packaging, and digital experiences.
- Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and scalable assets for cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior designers and provide clear design direction and feedback.
- Translate complex brand narratives into compelling, actionable design solutions.
- Manage multiple branding projects with strong attention to schedule, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Own and present design concepts to executives and cross-functional partners with confidence.
Qualification
- 5+ years of branding or visual identity design experience in agency or in-house settings.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, identity design, and campaigns across print, packaging, and digital.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop; knowledge of motion design a plus.
- Excellent typographic sensibility and a deep understanding of color, composition, and hierarchy.
- Experience crafting brand guidelines and scalable identity systems for global brands.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, branding, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
