NovaForge Media is looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our growing marketing team in Austin, Texas. This role blends storytelling, strategy, and hands-on content production across blog posts, video scripts, social media, and digital campaigns.
You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from editorial planning to creation, optimization, and performance analysis—while maintaining a distinctive brand voice that resonates with our audience.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute a holistic content strategy aligned with brand goals and audience insights.
- Write, edit, and optimize a variety of formats: blog posts, long-form guides, video scripts, newsletters, and social media.
- Collaborate with design, video, and product teams to produce compelling, on-brand content.
- Manage editorial calendars, maintain consistency of voice and tone, and ensure SEO best practices.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Mentor junior writers, freelancers, and contributors to raise content quality.
- Conceptualize and produce short-form video concepts and storyboards for social channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in content creation, editorial, or copywriting with a demonstrated portfolio.
- Proven SEO and content strategy experience with measurable results.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with keen attention to brand voice.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress), analytics (Google Analytics), and social media tools.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in video scripting and basic knowledge of video production processes is a plus.
