PulseStory Media is seeking a Senior Content Creator to lead our cross-channel content initiatives across blog, video, social, and product storytelling. This role blends strategy, storytelling, and multimedia production to attract, educate, and convert audiences while upholding brand voice and quality standards.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will shape our content roadmap, oversee a small team of freelancers, and collaborate with design, product, and sales to ensure every asset supports measurable outcomes.
Responsibility
- Develop and own the content strategy and editorial calendar across blogs, social, video, and email.
- Produce high-quality written content, plan video scripts, and oversee production with editors and designers.
- Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
- Optimize content for SEO and conversion, using analytics to iterate and improve performance.
- Manage a network of freelancers and contractors, including briefs, timelines, and quality control.
- Establish and maintain brand voice, style guides, and content governance across channels.
- Analyze performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders to inform strategy.
- Mentor junior writers and creators, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 7+ years of content creation experience across written, visual, and video formats.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a proven ability to adapt voice to different audiences.
- Experience with video production, editing, and storytelling; comfort with scriptwriting is a plus.
- Strong SEO understanding and track record of driving organic growth through content.
- Proficiency with CMS (WordPress preferred), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console), and social platforms.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Portfolio demonstrating content strategy, storytelling, and multi-channel campaigns.
