Responsibility
- Develop and own high converting copy across web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, product descriptions, and paid ads.
- Collaborate with design, SEO, and product teams to ensure copy aligns with brand voice and optimization goals.
- Perform audience research, create personas, and translate insights into compelling value propositions.
- Lead A/B testing on headlines, CTAs, and layout to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, tone, and style guidelines.
- Maintain and evolve a robust content library with templates and reusable copy assets.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to editorial guidelines for consistency across channels.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience with proven performance metrics
- Portfolio of B2C and B2B copy with measurable results on web and email campaigns
- Strong command of brand voice, storytelling, and value proposition development
- Experience with SEO copywriting, keyword research, and on page optimization
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and attention to detail; strong time management
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and collaborate cross functionally
- Proficiency with CMS and marketing platforms such as WordPress, HubSpot, Klaviyo
