Lumina Creative Labs is a premium digital marketing partner fueling growth for tech, SaaS, and consumer brands. We are seeking a versatile Copywriter who can craft clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy across multiple channels.
In this full-time role, you will own the voice for select clients, collaborating with SEO, design, and product teams to deliver high-performing content that resonates with audiences and drives measurable results.

Responsibility
- Develop persuasive copy for websites, landing pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and ad copy that aligns with brand voice and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize copy for search intent, readability, and on-page performance.
- Research audiences, define personas, and translate insights into engaging storytelling and clear messaging.
- Edit and refine content for accuracy, tone, and consistency across channels.
- Manage multiple client projects with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work on schedule.
- Translate complex product features into tangible benefits and compelling calls-to-action.
- Mentor junior writers and contribute to style guides, templates, and best practices.
Qualification
- 4+ years of copywriting experience in marketing, preferably in tech, SaaS, or B2B.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across web, email, social, and advertising copy.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword-driven writing.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and marketers in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
