Responsibility
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop high-converting copy across websites, landing pages, emails, ads, and social content.
- Research target audiences, build personas, and translate insights into clear value propositions and compelling CTAs.
- Write, edit, and optimize copy to meet brand voice guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Lead content projects, manage timelines, and balance multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Craft headlines, meta descriptions, and on-page content that boost engagement and conversions.
- Review analytics and user feedback to continuously improve copy performance and A/B test results.
- Partner with SEO and analytics teams to develop keyword-driven content and track performance.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience in a marketing or agency environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating web, email, and ad copy with measurable results.
- Strong command of brand voice and storytelling; ability to adapt tone across channels.
- Proficiency in SEO concepts and keyword integration without sacrificing readability.
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience with CMS (WordPress or similar) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects with deadlines.
