Lumina Brand Studio is seeking a Senior Copywriter to elevate our clients' voice across digital channels. This role blends strategic narrative with high-conversion copy for websites, landing pages, emails, ads and social content. You will collaborate with product, design and SEO teams to craft compelling experiences that drive engagement and revenue.
As a core member of the growth team, you will own the quality and consistency of copy that informs, persuades, and converts at every touchpoint. Responsibility
- Write clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for websites, landing pages, emails, ads and social media.
- Shape tone of voice and maintain consistency across channels and campaigns.
- Collaborate with content strategy and SEO to optimize copy for search intent and conversion.
- Edit and polish copy; provide constructive feedback to junior writers.
- Lead client briefs and incorporate data-driven insights to improve performance.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and high quality standards.
- Mentor junior writers and champion inclusive, accessible language.
- A/B test copy variants and report on performance metrics.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience, preferably in tech or B2B contexts.
- Strong command of brand voice and storytelling with a portfolio that demonstrates impact.
- Proven track record of high-conversion landing pages and email campaigns.
- Excellent editing, proofreading and attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and basic HTML/CSS familiarity a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product and data teams.
