What you’ll do and achieve:

Responsibility

  • Develop and own high-quality, conversion-focused copy across web pages, landing pages, emails, ads, social, and product messaging.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and SEO teams to define and refine brand voice and messaging.
  • Perform audience research, keyword discovery, and competitive analysis to enhance messaging strategy.
  • Edit and optimize copy for clarity, readability, accessibility, and tone consistency.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests on headlines, CTAs, and content variants to maximize performance.
  • Mentor junior writers, provide feedback, and help establish editorial standards and style guides.
  • Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and ability to adapt tone to different brands.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content strategy.
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress) and basic HTML; comfort with analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, and ads.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
