Responsibility
- Develop clear, persuasive copy across web pages, emails, ads, and landing pages that align with brand voice and business goals.
- Collaborate with SEO and content strategy teams to optimize copy for search engines, readability, and conversion.
- Edit and mentor junior writers; maintain editorial standards and style guidelines.
- Lead concepting sessions for campaigns, from briefs to final production.
- A/B test headline variations and call-to-action copy; analyze performance data to improve results.
- Manage multiple projects with tight timelines while maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusive language across all channels; adapt tone for diverse audiences.
Qualification
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in digital marketing and growth-focused roles.
- Portfolio demonstrating web, email, and social copy with measurable results.
- Excellent command of English, grammar, and editorial standards; experience with brand voice guidelines.
- Experience with SEO best practices and keyword research; familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, SEMrush, or similar).
- Strong storytelling ability with a track record of converting readers into customers.
- Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, design, product, analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
