You will craft high-conversion copy across websites, landing pages, emails, ads, and social content that elevates brand voice and moves audiences to act. This role blends creative craft with performance metrics, requiring both imaginative concepting and rigorous editorial standards.

Responsibility
- Develop clear, compelling copy across websites, landing pages, emails, ads, and social content that aligns with brand voice and conversion goals.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to write customer-focused narratives and value propositions.
- Drive content strategy, editorial calendars, and project briefs to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior writers, providing feedback and best-practice guidance.
- Review and optimize copy using data from A/B tests, analytics, and user feedback.
- Ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and readability across all materials.
- Maintain consistency with SEO and keyword strategies while preserving brand voice.
- Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a strong portfolio across web, email, and ad copy.
- Proven ability to craft high-conversion content and explain optimization decisions with data.
- Excellent command of English, superior editing and storytelling skills.
- Experience with SEO best practices, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to lead and mentor others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across B2B and B2C brands.
