As a Senior Creative Writer, you will mentor junior writers, brainstorm concept work, and ensure consistency of brand voice across campaigns, articles, and long-form narratives. Responsibility
- Develop engaging narratives for web, social, and print that align with brand voice and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and strategists to translate briefs into compelling concepts and deliverables.
- Lead writing projects from concept to final draft, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior writers, provide constructive feedback, and help elevate the team’s overall writing standards.
- Conduct topic research, verify facts, and adapt tone to diverse audiences and channels.
- Optimize content for SEO and readability, incorporating keywords naturally without sacrificing narrative quality.
- Edit and polish copy for grammar, style, and consistency across all formats.
- Contribute to the development of style guidelines and content processes to improve efficiency.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Creative Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional writing experience in content marketing, advertising, or publishing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling across formats: web, long-form, and social.
- Excellent command of English grammar, style, and tone with the ability to adapt voice.
- Experience with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
