As a Senior Creative Writer, you will shape long-form and short-form content across blogs, articles, white papers, case studies, and social assets. You’ll collaborate with editors, designers, and strategists in a fast-paced, hybrid environment based in New York City, with strong remote collaboration.

Responsibility
- Develop original concepts and long-form narratives for brands, campaigns, and products.
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and strategists to plan and execute editorial calendars.
- Write high-quality articles, white papers, case studies, and web content that align with brand voice and SEO goals.
- Edit and polish drafts for tone, clarity, accuracy, and readability across audiences.
- Maintain and evolve a consistent voice across multiple channels and formats.
- Conduct topic research, audience insight gathering, and competitive analysis to inform storytelling.
- Mentor junior writers, review submissions, and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional writing experience with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and linguistic skills; exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt voice for diverse brands and audiences; strong storytelling instincts.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content strategy; comfortable with data-informed writing.
- Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress) and basic content workflows.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into accessible copy.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
