Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and validate complex mathematical and statistical models for business forecasting and optimization.
- Analyze large, multifaceted datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable modeling solutions.
- Lead research initiatives to adopt state-of-the-art methodologies in applied mathematics and machine learning.
- Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and business alignment.
- Ensure rigor and reproducibility through proper documentation and code review practices.
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of analytical excellence.
Qualification
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in mathematical modeling and data science roles.
- Expertise with programming languages such as Python and R.
- Solid knowledge of statistical inference, predictive modeling, and optimization techniques.
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and numerical methods.
- Experience deploying models into production environments is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- US work authorization required.
