Join NovaSphere Digital as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager and lead ambitious campaigns for a fast-growing tech audience. This role blends strategy, creativity, and data-driven execution to accelerate demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
You will own end-to-end digital marketing programs, partner with product and sales teams, and mentor a high-performing team of marketers and external partners.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Lead cross-functional campaign planning from brief to launch, including KPI definition, creative briefs, and trafficking.
- Oversee paid media budgets (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) with a focus on ROI, bid optimization, and testing.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales to align campaigns with business goals and improve conversion funnels.
- Analyze performance using GA4, Data Studio, and other analytics tools; provide actionable insights and monthly executive dashboards.
- Mentor and manage a team of marketers or external agencies, establishing SLAs and best practices.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years in digital marketing with a proven track record of growing funnel metrics.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Advanced proficiency with analytics platforms (GA4, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or equivalent).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple budgets and work in a fast-paced environment.
