In this role, you will own strategy, planning, and execution across SEO, paid media, email, content, and social channels. You will partner with Product and Creative teams to craft compelling experiences that convert at every stage of the funnel. Responsibility
- Own end-to-end digital marketing plans across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, content, and social media.
- Lead campaign development from brief to launch, including budget management, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.
- Execute data-driven optimization using GA4, Marketing Automation, and A/B testing to improve ROI and LTV.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to build landing experiences that convert.
- Define and track KPIs, generate insights, and present performance reports to leadership.
- Mentor junior marketers, standardize playbooks, and foster a culture of experimentation.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate cross-channel activation with sales and CRM to drive pipeline.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of multi-channel campaigns delivering measurable growth.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social advertising, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making; advanced Excel or data tools a plus.
- Creative thinker with strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
