Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team; align objectives with client goals and business KPIs.
- Own budget planning and optimization to maximize ROI while balancing risk.
- Analyze data from GA4, CRM, and ad platforms to inform optimization initiatives and test roadmaps.
- Oversee creative direction and messaging to ensure consistency with brand and performance goals.
- Drive A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization across funnel stages.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to translate insights into actionable campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular performance reporting to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus.
- 7+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytics skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio/Power BI, and marketing attribution models.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities.
- Experience managing multi-channel budgets and delivering ROI-driven campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and A/B testing tools.
