Responsibility
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social, email) to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Develop comprehensive growth strategies with clear KPIs, budgets, and success metrics.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling assets and UX that convert.
- Use analytics tools (GA4, CRM, attribution) to measure performance, test hypotheses, and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage media buying and bidding strategies across search, social, and programmatic channels within approved budgets.
- Report on performance, present insights to executive stakeholders, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Mentor and develop junior marketers, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
Qualification
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with a track record of driving measurable growth in B2B or B2C
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Strong proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation tools
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to build experiments, run A/B tests, and optimize conversion funnels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and demand generation software; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
