NovaPulse Media, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in New York City, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our client campaigns. You will design data-driven strategies across organic and paid channels, oversee a team, and partner with product, design, and analytics to deliver measurable growth.
What you’ll do:
- Define and execute integrated marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, content, email, and display advertising.
- Lead cross-channel planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting to achieve client objectives.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketers, analysts, and content creators.
- Own reporting dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and run experiments to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling messaging, landing pages, and creatives.
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and privacy regulations to maintain best-in-class campaigns.
- Partner with sales and product teams to align marketing with business goals.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content.
- Lead cross-channel planning, budgeting, and performance optimization to maximize ROI.
- Mentor a team of marketers and coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams.
- Design and implement measurement frameworks, dashboards, and regular performance reporting.
- Drive continuous optimization through experiments, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with company goals.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations.
Qualification
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven results across multiple channels.
- Deep expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong analytics skills with GA4, Google Data Studio or Power BI, and ability to translate data into actions.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
