Join Aurora Digital, a fast-growing digital marketing agency in New York City, as a Senior Digital Marketing Manager. You will own multi-channel campaigns, optimize ROI, and drive revenue growth across search, social, email, and content programs.
In this role, you’ll partner with product, design, and sales to craft data-driven strategies, manage budgets, and mentor a small team of marketers and coordinators. A hands-on leader who loves testing, analytics, and storytelling will thrive in our collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content.
- Own paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn ads), budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create conversion-focused landing pages and creatives.
- Measure, analyze, and report on KPIs; translate data into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
- Oversee marketing automation and email programs, including segmentation, nurture flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Mentor and coach junior team members; build scalable processes and documentation.
- Drive A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and attribution modeling to improve CAC and LTV.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience; in-house or agency experience acceptable.
- Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, paid social, and content marketing; strong analytics skills.
- Hands-on with GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing analytics tools.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar) and email marketing.
- Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
