Responsibility
- Develop and own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content marketing.
- Plan and manage annual and quarterly budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize CAC/LTV.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional marketing team; establish clear KPIs and reporting.
- Drive cross-channel attribution, analytics, and experimentation to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product and sales to align campaigns with lifecycle journeys.
- Oversee content calendar, on-page optimization, and performance marketing experiments.
- Coordinate agency partners and vendors; ensure consistent brand voice and quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 7+ years in digital marketing with a track record of ROI-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools (SEMrush or Ahrefs).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced environment; data-driven decision-maker.
- Knowledge of consent-based marketing, privacy regulations, and best practices.
