As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a cross-channel strategy across SEO, paid media, social, email, and content marketing to drive revenue and brand impact. You’ll partner with product, design, and analytics to implement tests, measure ROI, and optimize funnels.

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can scale campaigns globally while maintaining a relentless focus on performance and customer experience.

Responsibility

  • Develop and lead a data-driven, multi-channel digital marketing strategy that aligns with company growth goals and revenue targets.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels with clear ROAS/CPA targets.
  • Own the SEO program: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and link-building to increase organic visibility.
  • Lead content strategy: collaborate with product and creative to produce high-impact blog posts, assets, and landing pages.
  • Drive email marketing and marketing automation programs, segmenting audiences and optimizing lifecycle flows.
  • Analyze performance across channels, create dashboards and reports, run experiments, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and collaborate with a cross-functional team, ensuring consistent brand messaging and conversion-focused experiences.

Qualification

  • 5+ years in digital marketing with a proven track record of driving growth for B2B or tech brands.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, Looker, Tableau, or similar; SQL experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach; demonstrated ability to optimize ROI and reduce CAC/CPA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
