Job description

NovaPulse Digital is seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our multi-channel growth initiatives in a fast-paced tech environment. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across SEO, paid media, email, social, and content marketing, translating data into actionable plans that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.

As a leader in our marketing team, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and sales to define go-to-market strategies, implement best in class measurement, and drive scalable growth.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content marketing.
  • Lead paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on ROAS and CAC optimization.
  • Partner with product, design, and sales to define growth metrics and go-to-market plans.
  • Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting; provide actionable insights and quarterly planning.
  • Manage a small team or cross-functional contractors; mentor junior marketers.
  • Oversee content calendar, SEO optimization, and on-page/off-page strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance across all channels; test and optimize landing pages.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with proven results in tech or B2B environments.
  • Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy; proficient in Excel/Sheets.
