Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Own funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI optimization across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships; measure performance and optimize spend.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and design to craft compelling messaging and GTM campaigns.
- Lead testing and experimentation (A/B testing, landing pages, creatives) to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze performance data and present insights through regular executive dashboards.
- Own marketing automation and CRM initiatives to nurture leads and accelerate conversions.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing marketing team and partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B tech or SaaS with proven ROI ownership.
- Proficiency across SEO, SEM, social advertising, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn ads, and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategy; familiarity with SQL or data viz is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills; collaborative team player.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on in a growth mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth.
