As a key member of our marketing team, you will own strategy, execution, and optimization across SEO, paid media, email, content, and social media, using modern analytics to inform decisions and demonstrate impact.

Responsibility

  • Develop and lead end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content marketing to achieve client and business objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns with a focus on ROAS and lifecycle value.
  • Oversee budget planning, bidding strategies, and performance reporting with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and product teams to deliver compelling, conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Implement and test A/B and multivariate experiments to improve landing pages and creatives.
  • Drive data-driven decisions using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team and external partners.
  • Report progress to stakeholders with clear dashboards and KPI dashboards.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record across SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and key social advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, CMS).
