Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing to achieve annual growth targets.
- Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and ROI optimization; allocate spend to high-impact channels and optimize bidding strategies.
- Own performance analytics: define KPIs, build dashboards, run attribution modeling, and present insights to executives.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to craft compelling campaigns, landing pages, and assets that improve conversion.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of marketers, contractors, and agency partners to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Implement a rigorous test-and-learn program with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and experimentation frameworks.
- Drive demand generation and brand awareness programs to nurture the funnel and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and privacy regulations; ensure compliance and data privacy best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; 5+ years of digital marketing leadership.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI in B2B or B2C settings.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Ads), paid social, email marketing, and content marketing; strong creative sense.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics 4, GA360, Looker or Data Studio, and attribution modeling.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and cross-channel integration.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation, optimization, and continuous learning.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid/remote-friendly environment with a penchant for ownership.
