As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns that generate demand, nurture leads, and maximize ROI. You will collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to deliver compelling messaging and measurable results.

Responsibility

  • Lead development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social, email, and content to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Own budget planning, bidding strategies, and ROI optimization across channels, continuously improving performance.
  • Design and manage demand generation programs, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing aligned with sales SLAs.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to craft compelling messaging, creative assets, and landing experiences.
  • Develop dashboards and reports; translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready recommendations.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of marketers and contractors; establish scalable processes and best practices.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
