Job description
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our NYC team. You will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive demand, nurture leads, and boost brand visibility.
In this role, you will partner with product, content, and design teams to craft compelling experiences across SEO, paid search, social media, email, and analytics platforms. You should be data-minded, curious, and adept at turning insights into action.
What you will do:
Responsibility
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, social, email, and content.
- Analyze performance data, create reports, and translate insights into optimization actions.
- Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/ Facebook, LinkedIn) including budgets, bidding strategies, and creative testing.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and assets.
- Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel.
- Monitor brand health, social engagement, and audience growth, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a data-driven marketing culture.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with emphasis on SEO and paid media.
- Strong analytics proficiency (Google Analytics/GA4, Data Studio, or similar).
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns with measurable impact on revenue.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with testing and CRO experience.
