Join NovaCart as a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager and lead multi-channel growth initiatives for a fast-growing online retailer. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to accelerate revenue, improve conversion, and optimize the end-to-end shopping experience. Based in New York City, you will partner with product, marketing, engineering, and operations to drive meaningful impact across desktop, mobile, and marketplace storefronts.
What you will own:
- Develop and execute a data driven e commerce growth strategy across owned sites, marketplaces, and social commerce.
- Own demand generation, user onboarding, retention programs, and AOV optimization to lift lifetime value.
- Lead CRO, site speed optimization, and UX experiments with a strong focus on mobile experience.
- Manage and optimize paid media, SEO, marketplace fees, and affiliate partnerships to maximize ROAS.
- Drive analytics, dashboards, and experiments using GA4, SQL, and attribution models to guide decisions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to optimize inventory, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team, promoting a culture of experimentation and accountability.
Responsibility

Qualification
- 6+ years of e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or related experience in scaling online retailers.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue, AOV, and ROAS across DTC websites and marketplaces.
- Deep experience with Shopify, Magento, or other major e-commerce platforms; familiarity with headless architectures is a plus.
- Strong analytics skills: GA4, SQL, Excel; ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Expertise in conversion rate optimization, UX testing, site speed, and mobile-first design.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills; ability to manage stakeholders and coach a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
