NovaCommerce Labs is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to lead revenue growth across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels. This role blends marketing, product, and analytics to deliver measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.
As a growth leader, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, site optimization, and analytics to maximize revenue, average order value, and customer lifetime value. You will collaborate with product, engineering, merchandising, and operations to scale our e-commerce capabilities and accelerate market expansion.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute scalable e-commerce growth strategies across DTC and marketplace channels.
- Own funnel optimization, CRO testing, attribution, and analytics to drive conversions and revenue.
- Lead SEO, content, paid media (search, social, and marketplaces), email, and CRM programs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, merchandising, and operations to launch features and improve UX.
- Define budgets, forecast growth, and monitor performance against KPIs; present insights to leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth team; manage external agencies and vendors.
- Expand into new markets and product categories with data-backed go-to-market plans.
- Deliver regular executive dashboards and data-driven recommendations.
Qualification
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth marketing, growth product, or related field with a proven revenue uplift record.
- Expertise in Google Analytics/GA4, data analysis (Excel/SQL or data tools), and attribution modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce; strong technical and UX sensibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- Experience managing media budgets and performance-based channels; ability to scale campaigns internationally.
