NovaCart, a premium e-commerce platform delivering delightful shopping experiences across Southeast Asia, is seeking a data-driven Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth and customer engagement. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and collaborates with product, operations, and marketing teams.
As a growth leader, you will own multi-channel strategies, optimize the funnel from acquisition to retention, and leverage data to drive decision-making. You will translate insights into scalable programs that improve conversion, average order value, and repeat purchase rate.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive revenue and customer lifetime value across Singapore and the region.
- Own paid media, SEO/ASO, email, and on-site merchandising to optimize acquisition, activation, and retention metrics.
- Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experiments; translate test results into scalable initiatives.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to optimize checkout flow, onboarding, and product recommendations.
- Partner with operations to ensure inventory, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment align with growth goals.
- Analyze performance data, build dashboards, and communicate insights to the executive team.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and vendor relationships with transparency and accountability.
- Mentor junior growth team members and establish best practices across the organization.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years in e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or digital product management.
- Proven experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms and on-site merchandising.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, Google Analytics 4, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated success in running paid campaigns across search, social, and marketplaces.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; hands-on mentality.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Malay is a plus for regional expansion.
