NovaCart Solutions is a premium e-commerce agency helping brands accelerate online revenue across direct-to-consumer stores and major marketplaces. We are looking for a Senior E-commerce Growth Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple client engagements from Berlin, with a global reach.
You will own the growth engine—defining channel strategy, optimizing user journeys, and driving experimentation across paid, owned, and earned media. Partner with Product, Merchandising, Analytics, and Tech to deliver revenue growth while elevating the customer experience.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy across D2C storefronts and key marketplaces (Amazon, Zalando, etc.).
- Own funnel optimization, A/B testing, and CRO to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Plan and manage paid media, SEO, content, email, and CRM initiatives to drive traffic and retention.
- Collaborate with Product, Merchandising, and Tech to optimize catalog, pricing, and UX.
- Define and track KPI dashboards, provide actionable insights, and present quarterly business reviews.
- Implement attribution modeling and ROI measurement across channels.
- Mentor and coach cross-functional teams; drive a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in e-commerce growth, performance marketing, or digital commerce roles.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms; experience with marketplace integrations.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, data visualization, and CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO).
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and optimization across CAC and LTV.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; fluent in English; German a plus.
- Data-driven with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
