NovaCart Labs is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth Marketing Manager to lead data-driven growth initiatives for our direct-to-consumer brand. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution across paid media, SEO, email, and on-site optimization to accelerate revenue and improve customer lifetime value.
As a senior member of the marketing team, you will partner with product, merchandising, and engineering to build scalable growth programs that convert at every stage of the funnel.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel growth plan across paid search, paid social, email, affiliate, and organic channels to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Own CAC, CPA, LTV, and ROI targets; manage budgets and forecasting with a data-driven approach.
- Lead CRO efforts, including on-page experiments, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and personalization to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Collaborate with product, merchandising, and analytics to identify growth opportunities across product pages, category pages, and checkout flows.
- Build and mentor a high-performing growth to mid-level team and coordinate with external agencies as needed.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, weekly performance reports, and executive-ready analyses to inform decision-making.
- Ensure alignment with brand voice, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance across all channels.
Qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in e-commerce, preferably with DTC brands or marketplaces.
- Proven track record driving multi-channel acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization with measurable impact on revenue.
- Deep familiarity with Shopify/Shopify Plus, Google Analytics 4, GA4-Enhanced Ecommerce, Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
- Expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok) and email marketing with strong budget management and optimization skills.
- Strong understanding of CRO, A/B testing frameworks, personalization tools, and on-site optimization best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence across cross-functional teams and present actionable insights to executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
