Job description
NovaCart Labs is seeking a Senior E-commerce Growth & Merchandising Manager to drive revenue growth across our online storefronts. You will own digital merchandising, CRO, SEO/SEM, catalog management, and cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, and operations. What you'll do:
- Develop and own the end-to-end e-commerce growth roadmap across web storefronts and marketplaces.
- Lead merchandising strategy, product content governance, and catalog optimization to maximize AOV and conversion.
- Partner with Marketing to plan and execute SEO, paid media, email, and social campaigns that lift revenue and LTV.
- Own A/B testing, experimentation backlog, and CRO initiatives using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Logistics to ensure a superior customer experience and scalable fulfillment.
- Analyze performance, generate actionable dashboards (GA4, GA3, SQL), and present findings to executive leadership.
- Mentor a growing e-commerce team and foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end e-commerce growth roadmap for multiple storefronts and marketplaces.
- Optimize merchandising, catalog content, and product data for conversion and discoverability.
- Plan and execute SEO, paid, email, and social campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
- Lead A/B tests and CRO programs with a data-driven approach.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Logistics to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Develop dashboards and reports that track revenue, CRO, and user engagement.
- Mentor and grow the e-commerce team, promoting a culture of experimentation.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of e-commerce or digital retail experience, with a track record of growing revenue.
- Strong analytics skills (GA4, SQL, Excel) and ability to translate data into strategy.
- Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify/Shopify Plus, Magento) and PIM/catalog management.
- Proven SEO, CRO, and performance marketing experience; ability to design and test hypotheses.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and leadership; exceptional communication skills.
- Hands-on with experimentation, prioritization, and project management.
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and ambiguity.
