LuminaCart is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand specializing in lifestyle products. We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize the customer journey, and lead a cross-functional team across web, mobile, and marketplace channels. This is a high-impact, leadership-focused role with a clear path to senior leadership as our brand scales.
You will own end-to-end e-commerce strategy, oversee merchandising, onboarding of platforms, and data-driven initiatives that improve conversion, retention, and average order value. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to deliver measurable outcomes and an exceptional shopping experience for millions of customers.
Responsibility
- Lead the development of a scalable e-commerce strategy across web, mobile, and marketplaces.
- Own P&L for e-commerce channels; set budgets and forecast revenue.
- Drive conversion rate optimization, merchandising, product content, SEO, and paid/organic campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Marketing to launch new features and manage project timelines.
- Optimize checkout flow, reduce cart abandonment, and implement data-driven experimentation (A/B tests).
- Manage relationships with marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and third-party logistics partners.
- Define and track key performance indicators and deliver monthly performance reports to leadership.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional e-commerce team.
Qualification
- 5+ years of e-commerce management experience in D2C and marketplace environments.
- Track record of growing online revenue and ROAS across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Plus, Magento, or similar platforms.
- Strong CRO, UX, and analytics skills with proficiency in GA4 and tag management.
- Data-driven mindset with SQL or advanced Excel skills to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and vendor management capabilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and paid social.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
