NovaCommerce is redefining the online shopping experience with a fast-growing e-commerce ecosystem. We’re seeking a results-driven Senior E-commerce Marketing Manager to own and accelerate growth across direct-to-consumer, marketplaces, and B2B channels in the New York market. This is a high-impact role for a data-informed leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You will partner with product, design, and engineering to design and execute multi-channel campaigns that increase acquisition, conversion, and customer lifetime value. You will own the growth plan, optimize the funnel, and mentor a small but mighty team of marketing specialists.

Responsibility
- Own and execute the end-to-end e-commerce marketing strategy across SEO, paid search, paid social, email, affiliate partnerships, and content marketing.
- Lead performance marketing initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and repeat purchase rate with a focus on CAC reduction and ROAS optimization.
- Partner with product, merchandising, and UX teams to optimize product detail pages, funnels, and checkout experiences for maximum conversions.
- Manage budget planning, forecasting, and analytics; provide executive-level reporting on key metrics and ROI.
- Lead CRO experiments (A/B testing, personalization, and funnel optimization) using GA4, Shopify analytics, and testing tools.
- Develop and manage a high-impact content and email marketing calendar, including lifecycle campaigns and segmentation strategies.
- Build and mentor a small team of marketers; collaborate with agencies and vendors to scale capabilities.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity; translate insights into actionable growth tactics.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of progressive e-commerce or digital marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth in a consumer-brand environment.
- Deep expertise across SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and performance analytics; strong CRO mindset.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify (Plus preferred), Klaviyo or equivalent ESP, and Google Analytics 4.
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategy and actionable plans; excellent experimentation and ROI mindset.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable leading through influence and mentoring others.
- Excellent communication, project management, and time-management skills; comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup-to-scaleup environment.
- Located in or willing to work in New York City; hybrid-remote arrangements considered for exceptional candidates.
